Are you fed up with our government? Do you want to see change? Do you want your voice heard? There are a lot of positions in government that are elected by the people. And there are many ways to do what you can to improve your community. Your chances of becoming President are slim to none, but you have opportunities right in your own community to help direct the country in the way you think it should go. One way to become involved in government is to become a township trustee.

What does a Rootstown Township trustee do? Why do we need them? There are many “little” but important decisions to be made that effect our everyday lives in ways we might not ever think about. Take a look at the Rootstown Township web site to see all that goes on “behind the scenes”. It’s a big responsibility. It’s not something that just anyone can or should do. Think carefully about who you vote for.

Based on his integrity, education, and experience I am voting for Brett Housley for Rootstown Township Trustee. Please consider joining me.

“Since today is election day in the U.S., are you voting for yourself?

What do I mean? I mean simply this: regardless of which candidate you vote for, do you also understand that no matter who wins the Presidency, they are not going to bail you and your family and loved-ones out of their current financial problems?

The government might bail out banks, insurance companies, auto companies, etc., but if you think for one minute that they are going to come bail you out of your own personal debt, you’re only fooling yourself.

There is one person, and one person only who CAN change your financial future, bail you out of whatever current financial mess your in, and truly turn your life around financially, and that’s the person you see looking back at you every time you look in the mirror. YOU, and you alone have the power to change your own financial future.

So, again I’ll ask you, are you voting for yourself today?

It’s always been interesting to me that we as humans tend to look everywhere else around us for the solutions to our problems, when the solutions are right inside of us. It’s simply a matter of choice, discipline, focus, commitment, passion, and action. No one can have more impact on your future than you can. No one!”

Thank you Lynn Spencer for that quote.
