My brother has flown with these people before and he laughed for days afterward. After a rough landing the announcer said, “The city we just attacked is called Chicago.”
I’m not much for rap but this you absolutely must hear.

The funny thing about Southwest is that if most of the other major airlines tried to copy them with this type of stuff, it would fall flat on its face. They have a culture that makes this work and makes it possible.
