America, America God shed His grace on Thee

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

. . .and to the Republic for which it stands. . .  I can’t believe the number of people (many on TV) who talk about the Democracy we live in.  Even Obama.  We don’t live in a Democracy, we live in a Republic.  Does this bother anyone else that people are so clueless about how our country is set up?

Indivisible.  Gotta love that.  We stick together even when we disagree.

Under God.  Don’t ever forget that.  We are not under a president.  We are under God.  He is still in charge.
